1. Knee over your toes-  Putting too much stress causes major knee injuries

2. Round your back- Weak lower back cause rounding of back during squats

3. Going too heavy- Place your ego outside the gym. Increase your weight progressively

4. Squatting too deep with heavy weight- Try yo squat lighter weight when you want to squat deep

5. Irregular breathing- Adopt proper breathing when lifting weights
