We heard about water aerobic but what is the benefits in it?

  • Resistance training and less stress on joints
  • Rehabilitation after injuries or illness
  • Lesser gravity and reduces impact
  • More cooling and you may perform longer training session

It depends on your health condition, activity level, climate and diet.

Average men- approx 2.5 – 3.7 litres  |     Average women- approx 2- 2.7 litres

Just hydrate yourself when you are thirsty.
