2. Find a workout buddy- Look for someone who can motivate you

3. Set goals- Instead of expecting weight gain, aim to loss some fats instead

4. Portion control- enjoy the nice food that you love, but control your portion

5. Plan your workout schedule- Unless you are unwell, you have to follow your schedule strictly

6. Get rewarded- Pamper yourself with one day with your family and friends to enjoy nice meal during your rest day
