Is “eating before bed makes you fat” a myth? As long as you don’t exceed the amount of calories you should need, and control the right amount of carbs intake, eating before bed will not makes you fat.

1. Aviod high carbs food- although carbs gives you energy, but it is your enemy when you are having weight loss peogramme
2. Walk more- Get a pedometer to measure how many steps you have walked each day
3. No more beer- If you are a drinker, you need to avoid beer
4. Sit lesser- It may sounds weird, especially you are working office job, but long hours of sitting increases the risk of putting on weight and cardiovascular diseases
