Many people struggle to maintain good form when doing squat. If you realised you are having too much weight and stress on your knees, you may doing it wrongly. Watch your form to prevent injuries.

1. Price- Are you paying the same price during the contract term?

2. Lease- Is the gym going to relocate to somewhere else soon?

3. Free months- Are the free months officially recorded in their system?

4. Operating hour- Some gym may close during public holiday.

5. Transferability- Can it be transferred or temporary freeze when you need to stop working out.

6. Facilities- Toilet, condition of equipments, water dispenser, cleanliness.

7. Staff- Too much sales preach and hard selling

8. Promotion- Look for package or membership promotions
