1. Follow the way pros train- Condition your body with good form and strength before getting injured when following the pro’s workout regime
2. No plans- You have no idea which workout should you do and lack of consistency.
3. Skipping leg day- Some people will skip their legs training if they are having a busy week… But thats NOT the way!
4. Too much supplementation- Over rely on supplement and hope to have miracle results? Unfortunately your gains affected more by your daily diet.
5. Didn’t push hard enough- Usually beginner stops at certain rep when they can do extra 3 or more reps. Never just go for comfortable rep range.
